What is heater?

When I heard the word 'heater', the hot feeling instantly came to my mind. In ceramic work, the heater is just as important as the other components. It is not just a device to warm the body in winter, but rather a Heater Element which is industrial thermal equipment with basic principle which is when a current flows through a conductor of high resistance, the conductor becomes hot. The wire used to manufacture the heater must be tough and resistant to high temperatures.

When the current flows through the coil conductor with resistance, it will heat the wire and transfer heat to the load. Therefore, the wire must have high heat resistance properties. There will be magnesium oxide insulating powder inside in most of the manufacturing process of heaters. It acts as a barrier between the conductor coil and the metal wall of the heater. This insulating powder has a very good thermal conductivity but has low electrical conductivity
