- Reduced Warping: This is the most significant advantage compared to the 0.4 cm model. With an 8 mm thickness, it offers much higher stability, greatly reducing the chances of warping or bending when exposed to moisture from clay for extended periods. This results in a noticeably longer lifespan.
- Maintenance: After use, scrape off any clay residue with a metal rib, wipe with a damp cloth, and "stand it upright to air dry" in the shade. While it's more resistant to warping than before, allowing both sides to dry evenly in the shade will help maintain the board's flatness.
