PPATEX-502 50ml color squeeze bottle. Used for slip trailing and continuous underglaze application on medium to long lines. The larger bottle holds more color, reducing the need for frequent refills, and comes with a clear plastic cap to prevent the color from drying in the needle.

Usage Techniques and Recommendations

  1. Controlling Color Viscosity: The slip or underglaze placed in this 50ml bottle should have a medium consistency, similar to cream or condensed milk. If too thick, it will be difficult to squeeze and can easily clog the needle tube.

  2. Preventing Clogging: After use or when taking a break, immediately place the supplied "clear plastic cap" over the needle tip to prevent air entry, which helps prevent the color from drying and hardening inside the needle.
