Fires at Cone 5 (1207 ํC) or Cone 6 (1243 ํC)
Application by brushing is recommended, applying at least 2-3 coats to achieve the desired effect.
PCF-74 River Birch is a glossy, creamy glaze with dark specks resembling tree bark, giving it a birch-like texture.
River Birch breaks over textured surfaces, and when applied thickly, it creates beautiful floating peach tones. It is excellent for layering with other colors, both as a base coat or a top coat.
It produces beautiful results on all clay bodies and has high fluidity. It flows well at Cone 5 and even more so at Cone 6.
Fires at Cone 5–6.
Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is recommended to fire test tiles before actual use every time a new batch of glaze is opened, to ensure the desired results.
