Care and Use
To maintain the flexibility and longevity of your Polymer Rib, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash immediately after use: After use, immediately wash off any slip with clean water and a sponge. Do not let the slip dry and adhere to the surface, as this can make the surface rough and cause scratches during subsequent use.
- Avoid high heat: Do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods or near a ceramic kiln. High heat can cause the polymer material to deform, warp, or lose its flexibility.
- Store flat: The Rib should be stored flat in a tool box or hung (if it has a hanging hole). Do not place heavy objects on it in a way that causes it to bend permanently, as this may cause the plastic to lose its shape permanently.
- Wipe dry before long-term storage: Before storing in a tool box for an extended period, it is recommended to wipe it thoroughly dry with a clean cloth to prevent the accumulation of moisture or mold.
