Operating Instructions

Before operation, inspect the structure, belt, and electrical system to ensure everything is in proper order. Securely place the stainless steel mixing tank onto the supporting base.

Measure and add water, clay powder, or other required ceramic raw materials in the desired proportions into the mixing tank.

Adjust the height and lower the impeller shaft completely into the tank before turning on the machine every time to prevent splashing. Then, turn on the power switch to let the machine stir and mix the materials until smooth and uniform.

After mixing is complete, turn off the switch, unplug the machine, and immediately remove the mixing tank to wash away clay residue, as well as clean the impeller shaft to prevent stubborn, dried stains.
