Sea Glass will produce a very light greenish-blue when fired at Cone 05, and the color will appear more intense and darker when glazed over with Clear Glaze. The color remains the same when fired at Cone 5, but if fired to Cone 10, the color will shift towards a bluer tone.
Recommendation: Due to variations in raw materials used in the production process, we recommend performing test firings on test tiles before using glazes from each new batch number.
