Iceberg Blue Velvet is a light blue underglaze that will give a light pastel powder blue at Cone 05 and will be slightly darker at Cone 5, maintaining a light blue shade up to Cone 10. When coated with a clear glaze, the color will appear slightly more prominent and brighter.
Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is always recommended to fire test tiles before using a new batch of glaze.
