Turquoise Blue in the Velvet underglaze series is a blue-green that appears cyan at Cone 05, deepens to a rich color by Cone 5, and becomes very dark at Cone 10. This underglaze maintains its color well under clear glaze at all temperatures.
Recommendation: Due to potential variations in raw materials between production batches, we recommend performing a test firing (Test Tile) before using each new batch (Batch Number) of color.
