Fire at Cone 5 (1207 ํC) or Cone 6 (1243 ํC)
Brushing application is recommended. Apply at least 2-3 coats to achieve the sample effect.
Lapis Flow is a highly fluid ceramic glaze that yields colors ranging from light blue to purple. When applied to textured surfaces, it flows and breaks into beautiful green tones.
It layers well with other AMACO Celadons, Potter’s Choice, and Satin Matte glazes. However, if layered with highly fluid glazes, excessive flow may occur during firing. Therefore, it is recommended to test all layering combinations before applying to actual pieces.
Shake the bottle well before use. For best results, do not dilute with water. Apply 3 coats with a brush onto Cone 04 bisque (allow each coat to dry before applying the next).
Fire glaze at Cone 5–6.
Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is recommended to fire test tiles every time a new batch of product is used.
