Potter's Choice Flux (PCF) 473 ml
Fires at Cone 5 (1207 °C) or Cone 6 (1243 °C)
Brush-on application is recommended, with at least 2-3 coats to achieve the desired effect.
PCF-63 Sun Shower is a soft yellow with small, dark specks. When applied to textured surfaces, it creates a break-up effect in the glaze, and thicker applications produce a warm, hazy "blush float" effect. It is ideal for use as a base layer or as a top coat with other glazes.
Suitable for firing at Cone 5 and becomes more fluid when fired at Cone 6.
Shake well before use. If necessary, it can be diluted with water and AMACO® Gum Solution. Apply 3 even coats to bisque ware fired at Cone 04 (allow each coat to dry before applying the next).
Glaze fire at Cone 5–6.
Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is recommended to fire a test piece of glaze each time before using a new batch of color.
