GLZT-401 Wax Resist: Just open the lid and apply. 1 kg wax resist for applying to areas of your work that you do not want to glaze.

This wax resist does not need to be wiped or peeled off after application. The wax resist will disappear when fired at temperatures between 200-300 degrees Celsius.
If you make a mistake, it is recommended to wipe it off immediately or bake it at the aforementioned temperature before applying to the piece again.
After use, it is recommended to close the lid tightly.

The company offers free product replacement in the following cases

Incorrect item shipped The product received does not match the details confirmed in the latest order.
Defective, damaged, or unusable product The issue was caused by the manufacturer or occurred during transportation.

Please provide an unboxing video and report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or from the date the product was received for online orders. Please also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
The product must be unused and in its original/new condition.
If no receipt or proof of purchase is provided, the company reserves the right to refuse product replacement or refund.
