Sapphire Float is a glossy, denim-blue glaze with a wispy white rutile float, that breaks a green-gray color over texture. The rutile float dramatically flows with texture and forms beautiful naturally flowing patterns.

Due to the powdered nature of the materials involved with the dry-mix dipping buckets of this product, their respective health information and labels differ from the brushing glazes.

*Note that all dry dipping glazes can be difficult to layer. Dipping glazes behave differently from brushing and they require thorough testing prior to layering full piece.

The company offers free product replacement in the following cases

Incorrect item shipped The product received does not match the details confirmed in the latest order.
Defective, damaged, or unusable product The issue was caused by the manufacturer or occurred during transportation.

Please provide an unboxing video and report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or from the date the product was received for online orders. Please also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
The product must be unused and in its original/new condition.
If no receipt or proof of purchase is provided, the company reserves the right to refuse product replacement or refund.
