2. Product does not match the order or is damaged and unusable, e.g., contaminated, stained, clumped, or not in the agreed-upon condition.
3. Product damaged during manufacturing or transit.

Product exchange conditions

• Attach a video of the package unboxing and report the issue within 7 days from the date of in-store purchase or product receipt (for online orders), along with proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.
• The product must be unused and in new condition.
• In cases where there is no receipt or proof of purchase, the company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
