1. Incorrect item shipped The product received does not match the details confirmed in the latest order.
2. Defective, damaged, or unusable product The issue was caused by the manufacturer or occurred during transportation.
   

Product Replacement Conditions

• Please report the issue via LINE: @potteryclay or Facebook: Pottery Clay Thailand.
• Please provide an unboxing video and report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or from the date the product was received for online orders. Please also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
• The product must be unused and in its original/new condition.
• If no receipt or proof of purchase is provided, the company reserves the right to refuse product replacement or refund.
