Product Details

Body Stain refers to a high-temperature ceramic pigment in powder form, designed to be mixed directly into the clay body. This process changes the color of the clay from within. When a transparent glaze is applied, the piece will have a consistent color throughout. Even if the clay body wears down or is polished, the color will remain the same. It is suitable for hand-building, sculptural work, and ceramic pieces where the clay body's surface is intended to be visible.
Care & Maintenance

The company will replace products free of charge in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect product delivered, not matching the details of the latest confirmed order.
  2. Product not as ordered, or damaged and unusable, e.g., contaminated, stained, clumpy, or not in the agreed-upon condition.
  3. Product damaged during manufacturing or transit.

Conditions for product replacement:

  • Report the issue via LINE: @potteryclay or Facebook: Pottery Clay Thailand
  • Attach a video of the unboxing and report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase at the store or the date of receipt (for online orders), along with proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.
  • The product must be unused and in new condition.
  • In cases where there is no receipt or proof of purchase, the company reserves the right to refuse product exchange or return.
Shipping Details
  • Orders from 1-10 kg are shipped via post every Monday–Saturday.
  • Orders of 10 kg or more are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
