PGF-01 Glaze Fountain

Ceramic Glazing Fountain is an assistive device for glazing the inside of deep vessels, working in conjunction with an air pump system or foot pedal.

Key Applications

• Glazing Inside Deep Vessels: Used for glazing the inside of deep, narrow-mouthed, or hard-to-reach pieces, such as tall vases, pitchers, or teapots, by inverting the vessel mouth over the central fountain nozzle.

• Even Glaze Spray: When the air pump is pressed or the pneumatic foot switch (pink rubber ball) is stepped on, the glaze at the bottom is propelled upwards in a 360-degree fountain spray, evenly and quickly coating the entire inner surface of the vessel in just a few seconds.

• Recycling Excess Glaze: Excess glaze flows back into the stainless steel basin and returns to the bottom reservoir through the drain pipe, preventing glaze waste and keeping the workspace clean.
