The company will replace products at no additional cost in the following cases :

1. Incorrect Product Delivery – The product delivered does not match the details confirmed in the latest order.
2. Incorrect or Defective Product – The product does not match the order or is defective, unusable, contaminated, stained, clumped, or otherwise does not meet the agreed specifications.
3. Product Damage – The product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or during transportation.

Product Replacement Conditions

• Report the issue via LINE: @potteryclay or Facebook: Pottery Clay Thailand.
• Report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase at the store or the date of receipt for online orders.
• Provide an unboxing video, photos of the product, and proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• If no receipt or proof of purchase is provided, the company reserves the right to refuse product replacement or return.
