Product Details
Pottery Clay Underglaze Color Size: 100 ml/bottle
  • For ceramic painting, ceramic underglaze colors
  • Fired at temperatures of 1200-1300 degrees Celsius
  • Can be applied to ceramics; colors do not fade after firing
  • For ceramic use only
*Recommended for use on bisque ware or greenware that has already been fired at 800 degrees Celsius. Then, dip or spray clear glaze over the painted piece and fire again at 1200-1300 degrees Celsius (depending on the maturity temperature of the clear glaze used).

 
Care & Maintenance

The company offers free product replacement in the following cases

  1. Incorrect item shipped The product received does not match the details confirmed in the latest order.
  2. Defective, damaged, or unusable product The issue was caused by the manufacturer or occurred during transportation.

Product Replacement Conditions

  • Please report the issue via LINE: @potteryclay or Facebook: Pottery Clay Thailand.
  • Please provide an unboxing video and report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or from the date the product was received for online orders. Please also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
  • The product must be unused and in its original/new condition.
  • If no receipt or proof of purchase is provided, the company reserves the right to refuse product replacement or refund.
Shipping Details
  • Orders from 1–10 kg: Shipped by postal service every Monday–Saturday.
  • Orders of 10 kg or more: Shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
