On-glaze colors (or Overglaze Colors) are a group of colors for painting or decorating ceramics that have already been glazed and fired into a complete piece (Glazed ware). They are applied over the outermost glaze layer and then fired again in a kiln at a low temperature.
Care & Maintenance

The company offers free product exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect product delivered, not matching the details of the latest confirmed order.
  2. Product does not match the order or is damaged and unusable, e.g., contaminated, stained, clumped, or not in the agreed-upon condition.
  3. Product damaged during manufacturing or transit.

Product exchange conditions

  • Attach a video of the package unboxing and report the issue within 7 days from the date of in-store purchase or product receipt (for online orders), along with proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.
  • The product must be unused and in new condition.
  • In cases where there is no receipt or proof of purchase, the company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
Shipping Details
  • Orders from 1-10 kg are shipped via post every Monday–Saturday.
  • Orders of 10 kg or more are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
