PLE-001 Slip Mixer

Used for stirring and mixing viscous liquid ingredients, such as ceramic slip or various solutions in laboratories and ceramic work, to ensure a smooth and consistent mixture.

Instructions for Use

1. Attach the impeller shaft to the chuck of the stirrer. Adjust the motor height on the stand to suit the mixing container and secure it firmly.
2. Measure water, clay powder, or slip mixture into a container or beaker, then place it under the impeller assembly.
3. Adjust the height so that the impeller head is fully submerged in the slip before turning on the machine. Plug in and switch on the power. Then, gradually increase the rotational speed as desired to mix the slip until smooth and consistent.
4. Once mixing is complete, turn off the switch, unplug, and remove the impeller shaft. Wash it with water and dry it immediately after use.
