Care and Use
To maintain the flexibility and extend the lifespan of your Polymer Rib rib, please follow these care instructions:
- Clean immediately after use: After use, rinse off clay slip with clean water and a sponge immediately. Do not allow the slip to dry and adhere to the surface, as this will make the surface rough and cause scratches during subsequent use.
- Avoid high heat: Do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods or place it near a ceramic kiln. High heat can cause the polymer to deform, warp, or lose its flexibility.
- Store flat: Store the Rib flat in a tool box or hang it (if it has a hanging hole). Do not place heavy objects on it in a way that causes it to bend, as this may permanently deform the plastic.
- Wipe dry before long-term storage: Before storing in a tool box for an extended period, it is recommended to wipe it completely dry with a clean cloth to prevent the accumulation of dampness or mold.
