Product Details

Mudtools Small Platter Polymer Ribs are long and slender, designed to provide just the right amount of pressure when forming platters, compressing the clay to prevent cracking. Made from a durable yet flexible polymer, they are ideal for creating shallow pasta bowls.

Our polymer ribs are made from a unique material that is wear-resistant and won't burr. With regular use, the material will develop a smooth sheen over time. Whether forming on the wheel, hand-building, or sculpting, pottery ribs are essential basic tools, acting as an extension of the potter's hand to create shapes and textures that fingers cannot.
