  • Fired at temperatures of 1200 - 1250°C (under oxidation atmosphere at 1200°C)
  • The clay body is fine, less plastic than Celaton clay, and dries slightly faster than Celaton clay, which helps with better stability on the potter's wheel.
  • Shrinkage Rate and Water Absorption
    • Firing Shrinkage: 7.56%
    • Total Shrinkage: 12.58%
    • Water Absorption: 2.67%
