GLZT-201 Glaze Blow Pipe / Atomizer is a device for spraying ceramic glaze using air blown from the mouth. It is suitable for small pieces, detailed work, or creating color gradations.
Brief Usage Instructions
-
Prepare the glaze: Filter the glaze until smooth (to prevent nozzle clogging), then pour an appropriate amount into the stainless steel cup.
-
Assemble and position: Close the lid tightly. Ensure that the blowing tube (long tube) and the glaze tube (vertical tube) are perpendicular and close to each other in the correct position to create a vacuum.
-
Blow to spray glaze: Blow air steadily into the end of the long tube. The air passing through will draw the glaze from below, breaking it into a fine mist that sprays onto the ceramic piece.
Additional Recommendations
-
Maintain a distance of approximately 20-30 centimeters between the blow pipe and the workpiece to ensure even glaze dispersion and prevent excessive buildup.
-
Cleaning: After use, immediately rinse with clean water, especially the small tubes, to prevent the glaze from drying and clogging the device.
