Amaco Celadon Glaze, 472 ml

This 100% intermixable Celadon glaze creates a deep, translucent gray that flows and pools in textured areas, highlighting the surface of sculptural work, much like the antique glazes it is designed to emulate.

* Fires at Cone 5 (1207 °C) or Cone 6 (1243 °C)

We recommend applying at least 2-3 coats by brushing to achieve the desired effect as shown in the examples.

If you're captivated by legendary glazes like Celadon, Amaco offers this glaze as well.
Celadon glazes are translucent and become darker in crevices or recessed areas of the piece.
Ideal for pieces with uneven surfaces as it helps to highlight the surface of the work.
Can be applied over glazes from different series that fire at the same temperature.
Within the Celadon series itself, glazes can also be layered over each other.

*This glaze series is food safe and can be used on dinnerware.
