Ultra White Velvet Underglaze is a bright white opaque underglaze at Cone 05. It provides a soft, frosty white tone when fired at Cone 5 and maintains its color vibrancy even at Cone 10. Applying a clear glaze will enhance the underglaze's color at all temperatures.
Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is recommended to fire a test tile with the glaze before actual use whenever a new lot number of the glaze is acquired.
