Jet Black Velvet Underglaze is a cool black that achieves a smooth, velvety texture at Cone 05. The color deepens at Cone 5 and becomes the darkest, deepest black with a slight sheen at Cone 10. Applying a clear glaze over it will significantly enhance the depth and prominence of the black at all temperatures.
Caution: Jet Black Velvet may appear muted when used with SM-10 Clear Satin glaze.
