Fire at Cone 5 (1207°C) or Cone 6 (1243°C)
Brushing application is recommended. Apply at least 2-3 coats to achieve the desired effect as shown in the example.

Seaweed is a fluid, dark green glaze that layers beautifully with other glazes in the Potter's Choice series. This glaze will create brown tones on textured surfaces and will flow more when applied thickly. Be careful with the thickness of the application to prevent the glaze from running onto the kiln shelf during firing.

Because this product is in powder form for dry-mix dipping, its safety data and labeling differ from brushing glazes.

Note: All dry-mix dipping glazes may be challenging to layer due to their different application behavior compared to brushing glazes. It is recommended to thoroughly test before applying to a complete piece.

* This glaze series is food safe and can be used for dinnerware.
