Deep Firebrick is an opaque, deep brick red glaze with speckles. It will be slightly translucent in thinly coated areas. This deep red glaze provides a distinctive, clear feel and layers well over or under other glazes in the Potter's Choice series. The glaze contains black speckles, which may clog sprayers, so stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the speckles.

Since this dry-mix dipping bucket product is in powder form, the safety and labeling information differs from brushing glazes.

Note: All dry dipping glazes are generally more difficult to layer than brushing glazes and behave differently. Therefore, thorough testing is recommended before applying to actual pieces.
