Designed to create a high-texture, raised, crackled surface. The thicker the application, the more pronounced the pattern and dimension will be. Mudcrack can be applied directly to bisque or used with other mid-fire glazes.
Cone 6 Oxidation (Image 1):
Dark Magma is a highly textured charcoal glaze that creates a pitted, crater-like surface. The thicker the glaze application, the more textured and dimensional the surface will be.
Cone 10 Reduction (Image 2):
The textured surface flattens slightly, while the glaze color remains unchanged.
