Designed to create a raised, high-texture surface. The thicker the application, the more distinct the pattern and dimension of the surface will be. Mudcrack can be applied directly to bisque or used with other mid-fire glazes.
Fired at Cone 6 in oxidation (Image 1): Light Magma is a sandy-colored glaze with high texture, creating a rough and crater-like surface. The thicker the glaze application, the more pronounced and textured the surface will be.
Fired at Cone 10 in reduction (Image 2): The rough texture will slightly collapse, and the color will shift to a creamy or grayish tone.
