Potter's Choice Flux (PCF) - 473 ml
Fire at Cone 5 (1207 °C) or Cone 6 (1243 °C).
We recommend applying this glaze by brushing at least 2-3 coats to achieve the sample effects.
PCF-3 Midnight Run is a glossy ceramic glaze that produces a deep, velvety dark bluish-grey, reminiscent of a midnight sky.
When fired on textured surfaces, it creates a "color break" into darker tones, revealing the dimensionality of the piece. It is excellent for layering with other glazes, both as a base coat or a top coat. It works beautifully with all clay bodies, performs well at Cone 5, and will flow more at Cone 6.
Glazes should be fired at Cone 5–6. Due to potential variations in raw materials between batches, it is recommended to fire test tiles with each new product lot to ensure the desired color and surface results.
